We offer a number of makes and models of telephone systems however we specialize in the Meridian Norstar from Nortel. The Norstar comes in a variety of sizes and configurations, from the entry level 308, all the way to the Modular ICS which can begin at 4 x 32 and expand to 272 ports. Other systems offered by EXCELtech Communications are Mitel, Toshiba, Trillium Panther, CTG/Vodavi, and TIE/Nitsuko. We will only offer and sell products which we are comfortable with and can provide ongoing support for.

All of the used and reconditioned telephones offered by EXCELtech Communications go through a thorough cleaning and testing process prior to being offered to clients, and any defects are dealt with immediately. All of our Northern Telecom systems come with a complete two-year warranty with the client having the option of purchasing an extended warranty.

EXCELtech Communications also offers parts, repairs and service for a variety of systems. With our extensive inventory, or availability, of used telephone sets and cabinets we either have the piece available or are able to source it for your through our network of brokers and dealers. If you are looking for a specific piece for your older telephone system, which may have been discontinued by the manufacturer, or maybe the original supplier no longer offers that product, give us a call, chances are we can find it or a suitable replacement.
